Prop-Liners of America is a volunteer, non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization
incorporated
under Connecticut laws as a non-stock, non-profit corporation to promote
the restoration, exhibition and flying display of propeller driven airliners
at airshows and open houses throughout the continental United States.

Our Seven currently resided in the Airizona Desert for the last 15 years
N4889C was once a proud member of the Delta fleet of Douglas Propliners
The Douglas DC-7B, one of the world's most popular propeller driven airliners, is on the verge of extinction from the world of aviation. Prop-Liners of America is working very hard not to let this happen and we'll need your help to see us through. Prop-Liners of America is in the process of restoring a Douglas DC-7B N4889C Serial #45353. Prop-Liners of America plans to operate this Douglas DC-7B in its original paint scheme and trim of the 1950's to which it was delivered. When finished this Douglas Propliner will tour airshows throughout the continental United States and will be displayed at many open house functions as well.
We, at Prop-Liners of America are bringing this
"Golden Age" of air travel back so the youth of this generation and future generations
can experience the sights and sounds of the amazing industry which helped
to shape this country. Sometime soon, thanks to your help, the Douglas
DC-7B will be flying over your town or visiting an airshow near your city.
Stop and watch it fly over. Point it out to a child. Be proud, because
you, gave it wings!
